I don't know if your iphone also meet below problems when you use it.

 * only display white apple logo. can't run normally
 * iphone can't connet itunes
 * iphone no signal
 * only black screen when open your iphone
 * iphone can only call urgence number

 ..... and so on!

 * Firstly, you need download some softwares. Like: QuickPwn21-1.zip (16.11 MB)  and iPhone1,2_2.1_5F136_Restore.ipsw 
    and  Firmware 2.1 (3G)
